FOND DU LAC, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Bond was set a $1 million each Monday, as two suspects in an October homicide made initial court appearances.
Julius Freeman and Eric Perry are charged in connection with the Oct. 17 shooting death of Benzel Rose on 8th Street. A preliminary hearing is set for July 22, according to District Attorney Eric Toney.
According to the criminal complaint, Freeman and Perry allegedly killed Rose during an armed robbery. Prosecutors say Freeman and Perry took cash and a gun from Rose, then Perry shot him in the head.
