The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers lost the completion of a suspended game to Cedar Rapids Wednesday afternoon to Cedar Rapids 6-2. They were trailing 5-0 when a thunderstorm suspended play after two and a half innings on Tuesday night. In the regularly scheduled game, reduced to seven innings, the T-Rats scored a 3-1 victory. Justin Jarvis and two relievers combined on a one hitter while Zavier Warren delivered a two run homer.
Wisconsin is now 40-30 on the season, off to a 4-1 start in the Midwest League’s second half. They’ll host Cedar Rapids again Thursday night at 6:40 PM at Fox Cities Stadium.
