Congratulations Command Sargeant Major Ed Hansen of Manitowoc, this weeks recipient of our “Salute To Our Soldiers” from Window World of Green Bay. Ed served from 1968 in Vietnam, finished out his commitment, went to school and joined the National Guard after 911 and finally ended his military career after Iraq in 2010. Served a total of 32 years! Amvets Post 99 named him their “Volunteer of The Year” this past Monday, Memorial Day and I had the honor of interviewing him that day. What an honor to meet this guy.
