I can’t imagine running something like the Boston Marathon. It takes so much training, discipline, and will power to do something like this. I have nothing but respect for anyone who participates in this, or any marathon for that matter.
One of these people is my mother. The lady is incredible, as she has run marathons like Boston and New York. Doing it at 70 years plus! I tip my hat to her.
Now imagine running the Boston Marathon while pushing your mother at the same time. That is exactly what happened today with Beth Craig, running 26.2 miles while pushing her mother Barbara (who is in a wheelchair). They call themselves “Team Babsie”, and they are first daughter-pushing-mom duo to race Boston.
Amazing. What a great Monday “Mom” moment for us all.
