OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – A Sunday afternoon apartment complex fire has left the structure uninhabitable.
The Oshkosh Fire Department says they responded to the 1300 block of Maricopa Drive at a four-unit apartment complex shortly after 2:00 p.m. Sunday.
When they got there, crews could see smoke and flames coming from the exterior near the back of the structure.
Officials say the fire appears to have started on a second-level balcony.
Nine people have been displaced. Three have sought assistance from the American Red Cross.
No injuries were reported.
