Here’s What You’ll Need:
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 3 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 boxes Bakers semi-sweet chocolate
Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with wax paper, set aside.
Combine the softened cream cheese, 3 cups powdered sugar, peanut butter, vanilla and salt in a large bowl and mix well.
Mix until well combined. If the dough is too wet, you can add the remaining 1/4 cup powdered sugar, but make sure the dough is not dry.
Place the dough in small balls onto the baking sheet. Place them in the freezer until they set. Approx. 20 minutes.
When they are set, melt the chocolate.
Dip the balls into the melted chocolate using tongs or forks, then place them back on the sheet. When you have dipped them all, return them to the freezer to set, then enoy.
