KESHENA, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — The Menominee Indian Tribe is offering two $5,000 rewards for information about two missing tribal members.
The Menominee Indian Tribe and Tribal Police held a press conference Wednesday to update the public on missing Native person cases.
The rewards are for Katelyn Kelley, 22, who has been missing since June 16 and Robert Lyons, 28, who was last seen on an ATV on June 4, 2017.
Investigators also drew attention to two other cases:
- Lisa Ninham, who was reported missing in 1980
- Rae Elaine Tourtillott, who was reported missing in 1986. Her body was found on April 9, 1987. The FBI is offering a reward of up to $15,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for her death.
Chairwoman Joan Delabreau and Attorney General Josh Kaul also addressed efforts to combat the crisis of missing and murdered Indigenous people.
Earlier this month, Kaul launched the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women Task Force.
