GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - The National Weather Service has issued Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories for much of the listening area until midnight.
FOX 11 reports that after a break in the snow early Tuesday afternoon, another round of heavy snow blew into the region.
Most of the area can expect 5-9" of snow by the time the system moves out Tuesday night. Blowing snow will also be a concern with northeasterly to northerly winds at 15-25 mph. Wind gusts this afternoon could approach 40 mph which will reduce visibility greatly and make driving extremely hazardous.
Colder air moves in for Wednesday with a high in the mid teens and mostly sunny skies.
Thursday brings another chance for light snow with highs back to around 30 degrees. Accumulations look to be very light-- no more than a coating.
