MADISON, WI (WTAQ) - A man with ties to Brown County accused of escaping from a state mental health facility has been ordered to stand trial.
In Dane County court Thursday, Graham Stowe entered a not guilty plea, according to online court records. No trial date was set.
Stowe was arrested earlier this month in Fond du Lac, after he walked away from the Mendota mental health facility in Madison back in July.
In 2004, Stowe was committed to the institute after being convicted in Brown County of tying up his ex-girlfriend Amanda Boeder's brother and father, and threatening to set them on fire.
