(WNFL) - Brandon Jennings will play his against old team for the first time tonight, when his Detroit Pistons host the Milwaukee Bucks. The Bucks traded an unhappy Jennings for point guard Brandon Knight. Both have had troubling injuries this fall -- Jennings had an impacted wisdom tooth, and Knight has hardly played since he injured a hamstring in the season opener a month ago. Still, Jennings has had the better performance. He's averaging 16 points a game with eight assists for the Pistons, even while his shooting is sub-par. He's only hitting 37-percent of his shots, and 31-percent from three-point range. Knight did return off the bench in Saturday night's Milwaukee home loss to Charlotte. He played 26 minutes, and had three points, seven assists, and four turnovers. Knight turns 22 next week. The Bucks are 2-and-10 with an eight-game losing streak. Detroit is 5-and-8 after winning a Brooklyn yesterday 109-to-97. Jennings made 2-of-10 shots against the Nets but had 10 assists.
