The Milwaukee Bucks opened up a 27 point halftime lead with a 31-8 second quarter but had to hang on to the beat the Portland Trailblazers at the BMO Harris Bradley Center Tuesday night 102-95. The 8 points allowed was the fewest given up in a quarter this year for the Bucks. Brandon Jennings finished with 24 points and Monta Ellis added 21. The Bucks improve to 34-32 on the season and have a solid hold on the number 8 position in the Eastern Conference playoff chase. Milwaukee is only two and a half games out of the number five slot, held by Atlanta and Milwaukee heads south to play the Hawks Wednesday night.
