MILWAUKEE (WTAQ) - Two Milwaukee men are charged with reckless homicide in the death of a 24-year-old man.

Police arrested 18-year-old Unquail Kennedy and 21-year-old Isiah Smith, after warrants were issued charging both with first-degree reckless homicide.

They allegedly shot and killed 24-year-old Marcell Alexander in a hallway outside the victim’s north side Milwaukee apartment on March 4th.

According to prosecutors, surveillance video caught the two leaving the apartment complex and Kennedy had a gun in his one of his hands.
