The Milwaukee Brewers capped a winning weekend by routing the Philadelphia Phillies Sunday afternoon at Miller Park 9-1. After losing the first game of the series, the Brewers reeled off three straight on the weekend. Kyle Lohse picked up just his second win of the season, working 8 ininngs, allowing a run on four hits with six strikeouts. Lohse got some defensive help early as Nori Aoki threw out a runner at the plate in the first inning. The offense got rolling from there, Carlos Gomez hit a two run homer and Martin Maldanado added a solo shot. Jean Segura and Scooter Gennett each knocked in a pair of runs. Milwaukee (25-37) hits the road for a nine game, three city trip beginning in Miami Monday night. Yovani Gallardo will face Ricky Nolasco in the series opener.
