TOWN OF LIBERTY, WI (WTAQ) - A barn in Manitowoc County was destroyed by fire early Friday morning.

It happened on Viebahn Road in the Town of Liberty.

Valders firefighters say there were about 100 cows inside the barn. While most got out of the barn, some died and others may need to be euthanized.

Crews continue to investigate how the fire started.
