GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - A Mass of thanksgiving for Pope Benedict XVI was held Thursday by Bishop David Ricken of the Catholic Diocese of Green Bay.

It celebrated the final day of Benedict's papacy at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral in Green Bay.

Bishop Ricken held the Mass in celebration of the the last 8 years of Pope Benedict's ministry to the Roman Catholic Church and to pray for this time of transition in his life and the life of our Church.
