GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - Another winter storm has arrived across the region, bringing blowing and drifting snow.
FOX 11 reports that snow and wind will continue through mid-day with temperatures reaching near freezing. Wind gusts up to 40 mph, with blowing and drifting snow, will create low visibility and slick driving conditions for the morning commute.
The snow will accumulate about 2-4" in the Fox Valley and the Green Bay area. 4-6" will be common through the lakeshore counties from Sturgeon Bay to Kewaunee.
From Manitowoc to Sheboygan counties, expect 6-10" today. Northwest of Shawano, snow totals will be less than 2".
Things calm down a bit on Thursday. We'll still see breezy conditions and highs in the low 30s, but only a few flurries will be left lingering.
