Brewers drop a pair in Arizona

The Milwaukee Brewers split their squad for the first time in the Cactus League, losing both games on Monday.  Joey Votto hit a two run homer as Cincinnati defeated Milwaukee 5-2.  Shortstop Jean Segura went 2 for 3 for the Brewers in the loss.  The San Diego Padres also handled the Brewers 7-1.  Hiram Burgos, Milwaukee's minor league pitcher of the year last season, went two and a third innings, giving up three hits and two runs.  Carlos Gomez and Jeff Bianchi each had a pair of hits for Milwaukee, now 1-3 in spring training games.
