Brad Paisley 's new single, "Beat This Summer," hits the airwaves Monday as the follow up to his #1 hit "Southern Comfort Zone." Both songs will be featured on Brad's new album, Wheelhouse , due out April 9.
Brad co-wrote "Beat This Summer" with some of Music Row's top songwriters, Luke Laird and Chris DuBois . He says, "This song is about that feeling we’ve all had at some point in our lives – when you’re young, you’ve fallen in love, maybe you’re on the beach or working near the boardwalk. You’re thinking there may never be a summer to compare.”
Brad is taking some time off the road while as he prepares to release Wheelhouse . He'll start touring again May 9 in Maryland Heights, MO.
