The Milwaukee Brewers parlayed a five run sixth inning into an 8-5 victory over the Washington Nationals at Miller Park Sunday to salvage the final game of the short, three game homestand. Jeff Bianchi's bloop, two run single capped the rally. He finished with a career best three runs batted in. Juan Francisco also drove in a pair. John Axford got the win in field of starter Kyle Lohse who worked five plus innings and allowed three runs on five hits. Jim Henderson finished up for his 15th save of the year. Milwaukee (47-64) opens a three city, nine game road trip in San Francisco against the Giants on Monday night. Tyler Thornberg will start the four game series opener.
