(1440 WNFL AM - Jason Miller) - So it’s all about making the post-season right? That will bring the basketball fans to the BMO Harris – Bradley Center right? If they could just get a back-court like it was with Ray Allen and Sam Cassell they will be contenders right?
From a chick flick, my cup has runith over (sorry if that’s spelled wrong, spell check doesn’t know either). Shoot my cup has spilled like a Gatorade bath all over an attractive post-game reporter. We write in one story how the Brewers are looking at getting back on track after losing one game, and then this team. The Bucks are looking at getting swept in what seems to be easy fashion by the best team in basketball, according to me. They are doing it in amazing fashion.
They have been in the lead in two of the three games. They have shown that they can have others step up and be a factor for a few minutes, Larry Sanders and Ilyasova. But when you need a 40 point game from Jennings, who should NOT be allowed to speak, he and his backcourt buddy do this, Jennings made just 5 of 15 shots and had four turnovers, and Ellis was just 2 of 9 for seven points. You can’t just say you’re a backcourt to be dealt with when you do that in a pivotal game three at home.
I wrote before the series started that I thought the Bucks would get one, well that one has come and gone. Get out the brooms because the Heat are dismissing the Bucks under the off-season rug.
