GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - Hundreds of people are at Lambeau Field looking to speak out on Governor Scott Walker's two-year budget proposal Monday.

The Legislature's Joint Finance Committee is holding the public listening session until 5 p.m. on the 4th floor of the Atrium. It's the second of four planned meetings statewide as the committee works to make revisions to the biennial budget.

Protesters gathered outside Lambeau Field to protest Walker’s plans to reject federal Medicaid funding. The protesters say that plan would force thousands of people off the state’s BadgerCare program
