Brewers swept by Arizona

The 2013 season is unraveling quickly for the Milwaukee Brewers as they fell to the Arizona Diamondbacks 8-7 in 11 innings Sunday as Arizona completed a three game weekend sweep of the Crew.   Yovani Gallardo lasted six innings, giving up nine hits and four runs.  The Brewers trailed 6-4 heading to the bottom of the ninth but rallied to tie the game.  Josh Prince, a former Green Bay Bullfrogs player ignited the rally with a lead-off double.  Nori Aoki, who went four for six with three RBI's drove him home on a single and he would eventually score the tying run.   In the 11th, Menasha native Eric Hinske blasted a two run home run off John Axford to give the D-backs an 8-6 lead.  Milwaukee scored in the bottom half but the injury depleted bench forced manager Ron Roenicke to use pitcher Kyle Lohse as a pinch hitter and he made the final out.   The Brewers, already without Ryan Braun (neck) and Aramis Ramirez (knee), lost shortstop Jean Segura in the third inning when he was cut down on a double play relay and had to leave the game with a quadricep contusion.  Segura is listed as day to day.  After winning their season opener, the Brewers have now dropped five straight.   They'll play the Chicago Cubs in the home opener at Wrigley Field Monday afternoon.
