Matt Flynn left the Green Bay Packers as a free agent a year ago and cashed in a big contract with the Seattle Seahawks. A funny thing happened on the way to a starting job however as third round draft choice Russell Wilson of Wisconsin beat him out and produced an oustanding rookie season. Oakland Raiders general manager Reggie McKenzie, on the Packer personel staff when Flynn was drafted, is going give the former LSU national champion a shot at starting for his team. McKenzie is giving the Seahawks a fifth round pick later this month and a conditional draft choice next year to acquire Flynn. The Raiders also plan to trade last year's starter, Carson Palmer to the Arizona Cardinals.
