MILWAUKEE (WSAU) For the first time since mid-May, a Wisconsin Powerball player won a million dollars during the weekend. A ticket sold at Oklahoma Liquor in Milwaukee matched all five regular numbers but not the Powerball – and it was the only ticket in the nation to win the game's second prize on Saturday night.
Almost 12,000 Wisconsin players won smaller prizes. Nobody won the jackpot, so it goes up to $110-million dollars for the next drawing on Wednesday night. The cash option will be $71.5-million.
Saturday's numbers were 22, 32, 34, 36, and 56. The Powerball was 33.
In Mega Millions, the top prize is at $27-million dollars for the next drawing Tuesday night.
