ASHWAUBENON, WI (WTAQ) - A major job fair is hoping to match job seekers with employers looking to fill positions.

The Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development is hosting the Bay Area Career Expo at Shopko Hall in Ashwaubenon Wednesday from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.

Those looking for a job were asked to pre-register, but those who didn't do so in advance had a chance to at the door.

Organizers say more than 100 employers, with more than 1,300 job openings were available at the expo.
