GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - The suspect charged in a fatal hit-and-run case in Green Bay has pled not guilty.

18-year-old Felix Ruiz is accused of hitting and killing 52-year-old Daryl Wayka on Main Street back in July.

Investigators say Ruiz was driving with his girlfriend when his car hit Wayka. Police say the couple was arguing at the time.

No trial date has been set.
