GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - A 44-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a September heroin overdose death in Green Bay.
The victim, a 26-year-old man used heroin at an apartment in the 2200 block of Farlin Avenue on the morning of Sept. 22nd.
Friends and family of friends tried to revive him. They brought him to the hospital.
On Friday morning, Green Bay police say they arrested the victim’s drug supplier James Davis at Oneida Casino on West Mason Street. Investigators say he delivered heroin twice in the week prior to the victim’s death.
Police are recommending 1st degree Reckless Homicide among other charges.
