GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - Two Green Bay male teens are now charged with a home invasion, armed robbery and sexually assaulting a 53-year-old woman.
17-year-old Miguel Baez-Rios, 18-year-old David Sierra-Lopez are accused of breaking into the victim’s apartment around 5 a.m. on November 17th, thinking no one was home. They wore Halloween masks and hooded sweatshirts.
The two teens held the victim against her will, forcing her to give up her access code to ATM and withdrew cash.
The criminal complaint says they threatened her with a pistol and steak knife.
The police tracked down the suspects through the victim’s cell phone they stole.
They lived just down the road of the victim’s apartment complex on Basten Street.
Both are facing felony charges of armed burglary, armed robbery, false imprisonment and first-degree sexual assault.
If convicted, both face more than 120 years in prison in addition to fines.
