APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) - A man from Appleton has pled not guilty to embezzling from a youth baseball league.

41-year-old Rodney Schreiber Jr. was the treasurer for the Fox Valley Youth Baseball League. He was arrested in September after the league's board of directors noticed something was wrong.

Schreiber told police he stole over $20,000 because of a gambling addiction.

Schreiber is due back in court February 12, with his trial set to begin February 21.
