HUDSON, WI (WTAQ) - A Saturday afternoon car accident in Hudson leaves a 22 year old woman dead.

The accident happened on Wisconsin Highway 35, just south of I-94, at about 3:15 p.m.

When Hudson police arrived on the scene they found a vehicle in a ditch just off the southbound side of the highway. The woman was inside the vehicle, unresponsive.

She was taken to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead. Her name has not been released yet.
