GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - Officials say construction of an attraction in downtown Green Bay is now finished.

Phase one of the CityDeck project, which runs between Walnut and Main Street along the east side of the Fox River, opened in late 2009.

But now, phase two of the project opened last month. That includes a river amphitheater with floating stage and docks for temporary recreational boat access to downtown Green Bay.

The total cost of the project is estimated at $12 million.

The CityDeck is home to a variety of events including Dine on the Deck and Fridays on the Fox.
