A federal arbitrator has ruled NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell has the authority to discipline Packers defense end Anthony Hargrove. Stephen Burbank said Monday that the "vast majority of the 8 game suspension is about lying and obstructing" the investigation into the bounty gate scandal while Hargrove was a member of the New Orleans Saints. Burbank had ruled earlier Goodell had authority to suspend other players, Jonathan Vilma, Will Smith and Scott Fujita. Vilma was suspended for the entire season, Smith and Fujita each received four game suspensions. All four players are scheduled to meet one last time with Goodell on Monday in New York.
