BLACK CREEK, WI (WTAQ) - A motorcyclist killed in a deer-and-car crash in northeast Wisconsin was identified today as 69-year-old Allen Hopkins of Black Creek. Outagamie County authorities said Hopkins’ motorcycle struck a deer, and was then run over by a car. That driver, an 18-year-old Black Creek woman, swerved to try and avoid hitting the biker. She escaped injury. Investigators said Hopkins was not wearing a helmet. The crash happened late Tuesday night, about four miles west of Seymour on Outagamie County Trunk Double-“V.”
