Turnabout is fair play.  A night after the Chicago Cubs shut out the Milwaukee Brewers 10-0, the Crew returned the favor with an 8-0 shutout of their own Wednesday night at Miller Park.  Zack Greinke delivered another gem at home for the Brewers, improving his record to 7-2 by pitching seven scoreless innings, allowing only two hits and striking out a season high 12 batters.   Greinke is now 15-0 at Miller Park,  just the third pitcher in the majors since 1990 to win his first 15 decisions at home.  Ryan Braun ignited a four run fourth inning with an RBI single.  Brooks Conrad drove in two more off Cubs starter and loser Paul Maholm.  Taylor Green broke the game wide open with a three run home run off Carlos Marmol in the 8th inning.  It was Green's first big league home run.  Norichika Aoki added three hits in four trips.   Milwaukee (25-31) will send Randy Wolf against Matt Garza in the rubber game of the series Thursday afternoon.

The major league first year draft continued Wednesday and it may be nepotism at it's finest as the Brewers drafted outfielder Lance Roenicke of UC Santa Barbara in the 25th round.  Yes, he's the son of Milwauke manager Ron Roenicke.  Not be outdone, the Cubs selected Arizona high school infielder Rustin Sveum, the son of Chicago Manager Dale Sveum, in the 39th round.
