Dwight Yoakam is set to release his first new studio album in seven years, 3 Pears , on September 18. Dwight produced the project himself and co-produced two songs with acclaimed musician Beck too.  Fans can hear a snippet of Dwight's new song, "Trying," now at the newly launched DwightYoakam.com .

The release of 3 Pears will take place just days before Dwight receives the Cliffie Stone Pioneer Award at the ACM Honors at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium on September 24.
