TOWN OF VANDENBROEK, WI (WTAQ) - Authorities have identified the man killed in a one-vehicle crash in Outagamie County Tuesday morning.
Sheriff's officials say 18-year-old Richard Radford of Freedom was killed in the 4 a.m. crash near the intersection of Highway 55 and County Highway JJ in the Town of Vandenbroek.
Deputies say Radford wasn't wearing a seat belt when his truck slammed into a tree.
Parts of Highway 55 were shut down for several hours after the crash.
