NIAGARA, WI (WTAQ) - A Marinette County man is charged with having child pornography at his home.
The FBI, along with several law enforcement agencies, took part in the investigation that led to the arrest of Eric Casillas of Niagara.
In court Tuesday, a judge set Casillas's bond at $50,000. He's also not allowed to use the Internet or have contact with children.
According to the criminal complaint, Casillas had the images on 3 computers, two MP3 players and two cell phones. The complaint also says Casillas admitted to downloading the material.
Casillas is due back in court next month.
