MADISON, WI (WTAQ) - In an unusual move, the Wisconsin Assembly passed the proposed two-year state budget without much of a debate. The abrupt vote was 55-42. Scotty McCreery was a little starstruck to meet music icon Diana Ross at the recent Christmas in Washington concert. Scotty was blown away by Diana's performance of "Amazing Grace" at the TV special taping, and he tells People , "That was pretty cool to be on stage with her."
Demi Lovato and PSY of "Gangnam Style" fame are also slated to perform on Christmas in Washington , airing Friday night at 8 ET on TNT. Conan O'Brien serves as host.
