APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) - Officials in Outagamie County have instituted a tow ban on Highways 41 and 441 due to heavy snow conditions.
This means if a vehicle goes in the ditch or median that is not a hazard, the vehicle will have to stay there until the tow ban is lifted.
