Playing their first game in more than a week, after putting final semester exams behind them, the Green Bay Phoenix women dominated visiting North Dakota State at the Kress Events Center Tuesday night 72-37. Green Bay (7-2) raced out to a 17-0 lead and never looked back. They shot 56 percent from the floor, scored 46 of their points in the paint and piled up 26 assists on 28 made field goals. Sarah Eichler led the scoring with 20 points while Breannah Ranger matched her career high with 12 points off the bench. Adrian Ritchie scored 9, all in the second half. She didn't attempt a shot in the first half but dished out 7 assists without a turnover. Green Bay led 42-18 at the half and head coach Kevin Borseth emptied his bench midway through the second half. Next up for the Phoenix is the annual matchup with Wisconsin, Sunday night at 7:00 PM at the Kress.
