Kelly Clarkson said on The Ellen DeGeneres Show recently that she and her boyfriend Brandon Blackstock would "totally" be getting married one day.  Well, that day is here: the two are engaged.

Brandon proposed to Kelly on Friday night; she tweeted on Saturday, "I'M ENGAGED!!!!! I wanted y'all to know!! Happiest night of my life last night! I am so lucky and am with the greatest man ever :)."

This will be Kelly's first trip down the aisle, and Brandon's second; he has two kids from a previous marriage.  This will also make Kelly the step-daughter-in-law of country star Reba McEentire .  McEntire is married to Brandon's father, Narvel Blackstock, who is Kelly's manager.
