GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - New details about the shooting death of 15-year-old Jeremy Teller came out Friday which includes Teller possibly begging for his life. 

Seven people arrested this week in connection with his murder had bond set at a probable cause hearing. 

Brown County District Attorney David Lasee didn’t file formal charges Friday as the case is still unfolding. Charges are expected by August 10^th against accused shooter 18-year-old Julio Gonzalez.  Lasee says he is still going through police interviews and evidence from that night.

According to the criminal complaint, the group pulled up in the alley of a house party in the 1100 block of Smith Street with the intention to beat up a man who had been in a fist fight with one of the suspects earlier Tuesday.

Green Bay police don’t believe Teller or his cousin, who were coming out of the house just then, knew the suspects.   Lasee says there is conflicting statements about the group confronting Teller and surrounding him. 

"Jeremy Teller and his cousin then turned around and tried to run away because they immediately recognized there was danger" Lasee said. 

In court today, the District Attorney says Teller was overheard saying “no, wait, no” just before the Gonzalez pulled the trigger.  Teller was hit in the back.  Gonzalez then aimed at Teller’s cousin, and fired one shot and missed. 

Bail was set at $1 million for Gonzalez. His next court appearance is August 17^th. 

Bail was set for the other six and charges against them could include party to a crime or conspiracy to commit aggravated battery.

Lasee says "there is enough probable cause to charge them with some sort of felony count."
