Constance Francesca Hilton filed documents at Los Angeles Superior Court last month (Mar12) to become the conservator of her mother's estate.

She wanted officials to find out if Gabor is receiving the best medical help she can afford and whether her money is being managed correctly.

Before the legal move, Hilton angrily slammed her mother's husband and carer, Prince Frederic von Anhalt, claiming he prevents her from visiting the star at her Beverly Hills home and isn't providing adequate care.

Now von Anhalt has hit back, filing an official objection at the Superior Court of Los Angeles earlier this month (Apr12), claiming Constance is not a suitable carer for Gabor, according to TMZ.com.

Gabor has been bed-bound for several years, and has been in and out of hospital since breaking her hip in a fall in July 2010.
