GREEN BAY, Wis. (WTAQ) - Green Bay Packers running back Ryan Grant is out for the season.
FOX Sports' Jay Glazer reports Grant will be placed on injured reserve with a high ankle sprain that also resulted in a fracture near his knee.
Grant was injured during the Packers 27-20 win over the Philadelphia Eagles Sunday. Last season, Grant ran for 1,253 yards for the Packers, who now may rely on heavy doses of Brandon Jackson and John Kuhn.
