BROWN COUNTY, Wis. (WTAQ) - An Abrams man is fined $401 for his role in a crash on Highway 41 that killed a UW-Green Bay student. 2 citations have been given to James McDermid for safety issues with his trailer. 

McDermid was driving southbound on 41 in Howard when his trailer separated from his pickup truck, crossed over and slammed into a car, killing 19-year-old Whitney Radder.
