Ingredients
- mini beef tenderloin, 3 oz each
Twice Baked Potato
- 2 giant baking potatoes
- 2 tbl corn oil
- 2 tbl seasoning salt
Rutabaga & Turnip Puree
- 1 turnip, peeled and diced
- 1 Rutabaga, peeled and diced
- 2 oz butter
- 2 oz gouda cheese, grated
Thyme Jus
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 oz fresh thyme, chopped
- 12 oz beef broth
- 1 tbl tomato paste
- 1 tbl butter
- 2 oz Leinie's Classic Amber

Apple Parsnip Slaw
- parsnips
- apples
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- honey
Shrimp Breading
- 1 cup corn starch
- 1 tbl fine sea salt
- 1 tbl black pepper
- 1 tbl dried ginger
- 1 tbl onion powder
Sauce
- 1 tbl honey
- 1 tsp Siracha
- 1 tbl butter
- 1 tbl green onion, sliced thin
- 1 oz corn or peanut oil
Garnish
- 1 tbl green onion, sliced thin

- 2 tbl Montreal steak seasoning
- 2 lb turnips, peeled

- 4 oz diced red peppers
- 1/2 red onion
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 lb spicy italian sausage
- 1/2 cup Vanilla Porter
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup flour
