Fishing report

by Randy Allen

Looking for some outdoor fun this weekend?  Ice fishing is improving on many area lakes!  Caution is still the most important thing you can have.

Four wheeler's are still being used on many lakes.  Lilly Lake in Brown County is reported to have 6" of good ice.

The west side of Lake Winnebago is the most productive.  South of Oshkosh in 12 FOW has proven good for walleyes.

Out of Dykesville, use wax worms in 12 to 14 feet of water. Good action this past week.

Wherever you're fishing, never go alone and always let friends know where you plan on fishing. The ice can shift in a moment and leave you stranded.

If you have any ice fishing photo's you can email them to me.  Randy.Allen@wncy.com.
