So many times in life, it's the little things we do for each other than can make such a difference. Here's a story that will make you think!
A mother wrote an open letter thanking a 'kind stranger' for entertaining her autistic daughter during a two-and-half-hour flight.
The 36-year-old Canadian woman uploaded a note to her blog Go Team Kate, explaining how the mystery passenger chatted with her three-year-old Kate, instead of ignoring her.
She wrote, 'Thank you for not making me repeat those awful apologetic sentences that I so often say in public. Thank you for entertaining Kate so much that she had her most successful plane ride, yet. And, thank you for putting your papers away and playing turtles with our girl.'
The letter also reunited the mom with the 'hero' in question, when one of the businessman’s relatives forwarded him the letter.
The businessman’s family has now become good friends with the mother’s family.
