Could this young man actually break the Guinness World Record? I'll bet he can!
Hunter Hayes announced that he's going to try to break the Guinness world record for the most shows played in 24 hours. Currently, Hayes is going for 10 shows in 10 cities.
And he’s going for the record in order to raise awareness about child hunger. The “tour,” called Hunter Hayes’ 24 Hour Road Race to End Child Hunger, kicks off at 8 a.m. Eastern on May 9 in New York City on “Good Morning America.” The last show, in Philadelphia, will be at 5 a.m. May 10.
Since 2012, Hayes has been working with the ConAgra on Child Hunger Ends Here program.
Due to time restrictions, he'll only perform on the East Coast. But he'll spread the love to the rest of the country on his "We're Not Invisible" tour, kicking off March 20 in Kentuckyy., and wrapping up on May 31 in Florida.
