Who's side are you on? A New York City waitress was fired after three customers dined-and-dashed on their $96 bill.
While the waitress was attending to another co-workers table, the three men took off without paying.
She told the manager, and he said she and the other waitresses would be responsible for paying the $96 bill.
She says she didn’t even make enough money to pay the bill, and was fired.
She’s planning on filing an appeal with the Division of Labor Standards.
They claim you can’t be fired for this and if they’d like their money, they can try to sue the waitress in civil court.
